Web & Figma Plugin
Kites Design is a modern marketplace platform where UI/UX designers can sell reusable Figma components. The platform provides an end-to-end ecosystem for both creators and subscribers. Users can subscribe via Stripe to access premium design components and seamlessly copy them into their own Figma projects. The system tracks every copied design, enforcing usage limits based on the user’s subscription plan or daily free quota.
Admins can easily upload new designs through the dashboard, and the system automatically sends weekly update emails to subscribed users highlighting newly added components. The platform integrates Google Login for secure authentication and features both web and Figma plugin support. Developed using Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Node.js, and MongoDB, with AWS hosting and cron jobs for scheduled automation, Kites Design delivers a complete, scalable design marketplace experience.
Users can browse, preview, and purchase Figma components uploaded by designers, organized by category and style.
Includes a full subscription model using Stripe, offering tiered plans with limits on design access and copy count.
Users can directly copy Figma components into their Figma workspace, with usage tracking for each copy action.
Tracks how many designs a user copies daily or monthly, ensuring fair usage based on plan limits or free-tier restrictions.
Admins can upload new design assets, manage subscriptions, and monitor platform analytics in real time.
A cron-based system sends automated weekly emails to subscribed users showcasing newly added designs.
