Davie is a powerful Inventory Management Platform designed to streamline operations for merchandise businesses. The system manages the entire inventory lifecycle—from product stocking and sales tracking to finance and accounting—while providing real-time insights into business performance. It includes a robust POS (Point of Sale) system, automated order management, and financial tracking capabilities.
The platform supports role-based authorization to maintain secure access levels across departments. Built with Node.js and MongoDB, Davie leverages WebSocket for live updates, Mongoose for data modeling, and a cron job scheduler for automated background tasks. AlgoStar developed the backend infrastructure for this project, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability for large-scale retail operations.
